Deposit & Participation Agreement

By reserving my place at the Pachalegria Festival, I confirm that I have read and understood each of the statements below:

✅ I have verified that I am available for the dates of the Pachalegria Festival and that I have no family or professional commitments that would prevent me from attending.

✅ I agree that photographs and videos may be taken of me during my participation in the Pachalegria Festival, and that Martin Bilodeau and/or Pachalegria may use these images for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes.

➡️ If, for personal reasons, you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, simply let us know when making your reservation or upon your arrival at the Festival, and we will gladly respect your wishes.

Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel your participation in the Pachalegria Festival? We’re sorry to hear that, but we’ll do our best to make the process as fair as possible.

✅ A CA$75 administrative cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.

✅ Cancellations made between 40 and 25 days before arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total reservation amount.

✅ Cancellations made 24 days or less before arrival are non-refundable, and 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
