Food & Drinks

During the Pachalegria Festival, everyone is welcome to enjoy two meals per day, even if you’re staying elsewhere.

🥗 How Does It Work?

Meals are served as a continuous buffet, giving you maximum flexibility throughout the day. Each participant receives two meal vouchers per day, valid for one breakfast and one lunch.

It’s a simple, friendly, and nourishing system designed to fit the rhythm of the festival and the tropical climate of Zipolite. 😎🍉

🌿 Fresh, Local & Homemade Cuisine

Vanessa, our head chef, prepares delicious meals every day inspired by traditional Mexican cuisine, always with creativity and plenty of love.

She uses only fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and whenever possible, organic produce purchased from regional farmers’ markets. 🍋🥑

The menu is primarily vegetarian, offering wholesome and flexible options that respect both the body’s natural rhythms and the environment.

💵 Pricing

The meal plan is purchased separately from accommodation and costs CA$331 for the week.

This includes 14 meals (7 breakfasts and 7 lunches) for the full duration of the Festival.

⚠️ Allergies & Dietary Preferences

If you have food allergies or intolerances, we’ll be happy to adapt your meals to meet your needs. You’ll be able to let us know by completing the questionnaire sent after your registration.

If you request more extensive menu modifications (unrelated to medical dietary restrictions), a CA$55 surcharge per person will apply.

Discover More Flavours in Zipolite

If you’d like to eat out from time to time or simply explore more culinary options, you’ll find that the village of Zipolite is full of restaurants, cafés, and local food stands, where you can enjoy tacos, ceviche, fresh juices, vegan specialties, grilled fish, or even a refreshing iced coffee by the ocean. 🌮🐟☕

The beach itself offers a wide variety of dining experiences, from fresh fruit breakfasts to sunset cocktails. Whether you’re craving authentic Mexican cuisine or international flavours, you’ll find plenty of great options just a short walk away.
