Quiet Ecstasy

with Martin Bilodeau

Experiential Meditation & Presence Workshop
From Stimulation to Sensitivity

What if ecstasy were not something we needed to create, but a capacity to fully experience what is already here? In this workshop, we will explore the difference between constantly seeking greater intensity and cultivating greater sensitivity.

Through meditation, breath, deep listening, bodily sensations, and movement, we will slow down enough to perceive what our usual restlessness may prevent us from feeling.

A heartbeat, a shiver, a sound, a breath, or the simple presence of another person can suddenly become surprisingly vast. Ecstasy no longer needs to be a peak experience to reach; it can become a quality of presence.

This practice invites us to move from the pursuit of the spectacular toward a profound receptivity to life itself. It creates a space where pleasure, silence, body, and awareness can naturally meet. Perhaps we don’t need more intensity to feel more—we simply need to become more present.
